Aurora

Aurora Aksnes, born June 15 1996 in Stavanger and is professionally known as Aurora sometimes stylized in uppercase as AURORA is a Norwegian music producer and singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves by Decca Records was released on May 15th, 2015 receiving rave reviews from bloggers and music critics as well as from the press. Half the World Away from Oasis was released by the group Oasis was made for an advertisement for John Lewis, and Nature Boy is the Nat King Cole cover. Katy Perry's praise for her song Runaway in a blog post gave the artist some additional appreciation. Celebrate her special day. Aurora Aksnes earliest musical memory is that of finding an instrument in her attic and being fascinated by the music it could create. Jan Oystein Aksnes and May-Britt Aksnes urged Aurora to pursue music not to get work or for a passion, but as an opportunity to develop. This led to her began to write songs of her own. Her inspirations include famous writer Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan in addition to her love of Bjork's style. Her mother was supportive of her performing her music in front of the public, but not so that she could be famous, but to let others know that they matter and how they can make a difference for humanity. The piano was first played by her when she was six years old and was writing her first song by the time she was nine. The family did not know until the age of 14. Aurora had no idea of being famous. She claims that she enjoys creating music. She claims that music is her preferred method to feel anything.
